TikTok & Meta Content Creator

We are seeking a TikTok & Meta Content Creator to join our Creative & Channel team. This person understands what makes short-form content actually work: the hook, the pacing, and the edit. In this role, you will ideate, shoot, and edit native-feeling content that performs across TikTok and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch original short-form content concepts built for native TikTok and Meta audience behavior
• Shoot and edit high-quality short-form video from concept through publish
• Write scroll-stopping hooks and captions tailored to platform and audience
• Analyze performance data and iterate quickly based on what is working

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience creating native short-form content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and/or other Meta platforms
• Comfort appearing on camera
• Strong editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar software
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating hook strength and creative range
• A fast iteration mindset, comfortable shipping, measuring, and adjusting quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for consumer or DTC brands
• Skill in hook variation and testing multiple creative angles
• Awareness of trending sounds and platform trends
